Hello Reader,
Hypnosis is often misunderstood—or simply unknown—but it’s one of the most natural, accessible, and powerful tools we have for personal change.
At its core, hypnosis is a focused state of awareness. You’ve probably experienced it many times already: being lost in a good book, fully absorbed in nature, deep in thought on a walk, or (for me) floating in the ocean and watching the horizon.
That’s hypnosis—a natural kind of trance where your conscious mind gently steps aside, and you become fully immersed. The interesting part is that we can use that same state intentionally and positively, and that’s where hypnotherapy comes in.
In solution-focused hypnotherapy, we combine calm relaxation with a positive intention—and that’s where things can shift. While you relax, your mind and body start aligning themselves with what you want to change or achieve. It’s enjoyable, safe, and surprisingly effective.
You're not asleep. You're not out of control. Quite the opposite—you’re more in tune with yourself. And in that state, your mind is more open to positive thoughts, ideas, and feelings, making it easier to let go of patterns that no longer serve you.
If you're curious about it, you're not alone. Many people find hypnotherapy helpful after trying everything else. Others tell me, “I wish I’d tried this sooner.”
We all drift in and out of trance every day—what matters is whether we’re doing it consciously, and whether it’s helping us.
That’s my job—to help make sure the trances you fall into are the positive kind.
See you next week!
Adam
