Hello lovely humans,
This week I climbed a tower I really didn’t want to climb.
About 10 metres high.
I was genuinely scared, but it was the only way.
A brilliant friend came to help. We took it slowly. Checked everything twice. Built it, one pole at a time.
And then we were up, and got the job done.
I was left with pure pleasure and satisfaction. The height felt good, and then the thrill of achieving something I had doubted was possible, or safe. It was.
Sometimes we discover what we’re capable of not because we feel brave, but because we don’t really have a choice.
It made me wonder what else might be possible if I got out of my own way.
A couple of other things to share:

🌿 More in-person retreats on the horizon
I’m in the process of shaping a series of small, half-day retreats this year - calm, grounded spaces for nervous-system reset, clarity and perspective. Dates aren’t live yet, but they’re coming too.
That’s it for now.
Wishing you a good weekend and some moments of ease, joy and satisfaction wherever you find them.
Warmly waving,
Adam
