An 18-minute bespoke hypnosis audio, recorded by me specially for you or a loved-one, friend or family member. I will tailor the audio for the recipient, personalised around their specific goals, strengths and favourite imagery.
The package includes:
- A personal questionnaire, good for reflection and wellbeing
- A personalised title for the audio
- A written message of encouragement, reflecting the recipient's strengths, intentions and favourite things
- An 18-minute bespoke hypnosis audio (long enough to make a difference, short enough to do regularly)
- A 2–3 minute "quick reset" version for even more frequent use
- One revision if requested, for example adjusting the pace, or the music.
